Online RegistrationDear Families,
The On-Line Registration for Religious Education for the Parish of St. John Henry Newman for the 2024-2025 School Year begins on Monday, May 6, 2024 and will close on Friday, June 14, 2024. ALL REGISTRATION FORMS RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE May 20th WILL RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON TUITION FEES. A late fee of $75 will apply for all registration forms received ON or AFTER June 15st.
Please be on the lookout for an email from Parish Giving. This email will instruct you to sign in on the Parishgiving.org website using the username and password you have created (Ex. [email protected] - it should be your email address with PG before it). Please verify your contact information and details, make payment, and select your class sessions. If you do not recall your log-in information or have any difficulty logging in, please contact Parish Giving for assistance at 866-307-7140.

There is a possibility that this email from Parish Giving could be delivered to your spam folder. Please check there if you do not receive it in your inbox. It is also suggested that you complete this registration on your computer as opposed to your smartphone to avoid possible complications.
We would also like to remind you that Parish Giving is used solely for the purpose of registration as a convenience to our families. If you make any changes on their website (Ex. email address, phone number, etc.) please inform us of those changes by email so we can update our database which is used to communicate with our families throughout the year. Parish Giving does not alert us to any changes or updates.
Registration is on a FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED BASIS as always. All our classes have an attendance cap and once that limit has been reached, we will not be able to accommodate your child/children for that class. Please remember that we are now a merged parish which has increased the number of enrolled students in our program. This has made class availability more limited than in years past. If your first choice for a particular class is full, you will then need to choose another available day and time. Therefore, it is imperative that you register early if you need a specific day and time.
Please note that you must be a “registered member” of our parish to register your child/children in our program. If you are not registered, please stop by the rectory between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm to do so. You will need to provide a copy of your child's/children’s baptismal certificate before we can process your registration. No registration will be complete without an accompanying baptismal certificate, permanent record or necessary supporting documentation. This applies to all new families and all families that need to register a 1st grader, even if they have older siblings registered in our program.Registration for new families or 1st graders
Tuition Rates 2023-2024
•$180 for one child
•$260 for 2 children
•$310 for 3+ children
•Sacramental Fees: First Holy Communion $100 for each student ($150 for twins)Confirmation $125 for each student ($175 for twins)
SACRAMENTAL FEES MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that as parents, you are expected to take an active role in your child's/children’s faith formation. As children participate weekly in the celebration of the Eucharist along with other daily practices that nourish their life of faith, they are strengthening the foundation of a faith life that will carry them well into the future. Weekly Mass attendance is a requirement and essential for their faith development, so please be diligent in attending. You are their first and foremost teachers.

Sundays: 9:00 – 10:15 am for Grades 1 – 8
Sundays: 11:00 – 12:15 pm for Grades 1 & 2 ONLY (In Spanish)
Mondays: 6:00 – 7:15 pm for Grades 3 – 8
Tuesdays: 4:30 – 5:45 pm for Grades 1 – 8
Wednesdays: 4:30 – 5:45 pm for Grades 1 – 8
