Annoucement:

Early registration ends on Thursday, March 4, 2010.

Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Keep in mind that every class will be registering a maximum of 15 students per class, therefore the number of students per class and per day (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) is limited. We ask your understanding and collaboration. For security reasons students must be placed in regular class rooms. If you have strong preferences for a school day, we recommend that you register as soon as possible.

Below you find a link through which you can download a registration form. Please write in a legible way and do not omit the required information. You can bring the completed registration form with your payment to our school during the class time, or you can hand deliver it to the Pastoral Center, to the office of Religious Education located in the basement of OLSH’s rectory building.

Registration Letter to Parents

Dear Parents:

             Religious Education registration will begin on February 4, 2010 for the next 2010/11 school year of Religious Education in our parish.

             Registration forms are being sent via email (in pdf form – acrobat) and, for your convenience, a hard copy will also be brought to you by your child. You can also access the Registration Form on our parish website: olshtappan.com. Click Religious Education and then Registration. You can print and complete the form.

 Please complete one form for each child and

1. Return to Religious Education either by mail or in person and include payment.
2. Checks are made payable to OLSH Religious Education

($70/one child, $90/family, $10/Sunday Kindergarten plus a book fee for

each child.  Book Fee: $20 each child Grades 1-7; $30 Grade 8).

1. Please do not include cash if mailing registration.
2. Registrations received after March 4^th, 2010 will incur a late fee of $20.
3. Please include copy of Baptismal Certificate for first time registration if your child was baptized in parish other than OLSH.

            In-person registrations: Monday thru Friday 9:30 am – 3pm Pastoral Center or during class time. Registrations are on a first come first serve basis.  

 Sunday classes:  Kindergarten through 8^th Grade beginning 9:00 am.

Monday classes: 3rd Grade through 8^th Grade beginning at 5:45 pm.

Tuesday classes:  1^st Grade through 6^th Grade beginning at 4:30 pm and

                              7^th Grade through 8^th Grade at 7 pm

Wednesday classes: 1^st Grade through 8^th Grade beginning at 4:30pm.
